Our Story
From a simple observation about lost pizza revenue to a successful Business in a Business concept, Pizza Bell Hop was built to help businesses grow while serving authentic, high-quality pizza delivered fast.
How Pizza Bell Hop Was Born
From a simple observation to a thriving pizza license concept.
In November 2011, entrepreneur Scott Uram came across an article in Foodservice News titled “Easy Money = Pizza.” The article highlighted how a hotel had discarded nearly 300 empty pizza boxes in just six days—representing a significant stream of lost revenue.
Inspired by this opportunity, Scott connected with Scott Winer, President of the Minnesota Restaurant Association. Together, they envisioned a simple yet powerful idea: a standalone, plug-and-play pizzeria license that existing businesses could easily integrate to generate additional revenue with minimal space and investment.
This vision led to the creation of Pizza Bell Hop, a brand built on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Through extensive product research and testing, Pizza Bell Hop developed its signature recipes, Savory pizza crust, a unique six-cheese blend, and a vine-ripened tomato sauce. Combined with premium meats, fresh vegetables, and custom-programmed ovens, every pizza is crafted to deliver authentic pizzeria flavor in less than 5 minutes.
Beyond pizza, the menu has expanded to include delicious baked chicken wings and seasoned popcorn chicken, providing customers with even more reasons to choose Pizza Bell Hop.
Today, Pizza Bell Hop is powered by an experienced leadership team, premium-quality products, and an unwavering commitment to supporting license partners and delighting customers. It's a formula built for growth, innovation, and long-term success.
